1. Controller

2. Server logs

This is a personal information site with no contact form, user accounts or newsletter sign-up.

When you visit this site, the hosting provider (Replit Inc., 388 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA — see section 6) stores technical access data in server logs. The following data is recorded: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, data volume transferred, HTTP status code, and browser identifier (user agent). This data is required for the secure operation of the service and to fend off attacks.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Logs are typically deleted automatically after a few days. I do not process this data further.

3. Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Measurement ID: G-J83RP6NS65). Google Analytics transmits usage data and an anonymised IP address to Google servers, which may be located in the USA. Google Ireland Limited participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.

Google Analytics is only loaded after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG). Before you make a choice in the cookie banner, and if you decline, no Analytics script is loaded and no data is transmitted.

When consent is given, Google Analytics sets the following cookies:

• _ga — user identifier to distinguish sessions (retention: 2 years)
• _ga_J83RP6NS65 — session state for this property (retention: 2 years)

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent: click Cookie settings (also in the footer of this page) and select "Decline". Upon withdrawal, all Analytics cookies are deleted and GA will not be loaded for the remainder of the session.

4. Consent storage

The decision you make (Accept or Decline) is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key: cookie_consent). This is technically necessary to prevent the banner from reappearing on every page load and requires no consent (§ 25(2) no. 2 TTDSG). The entry contains only the value "accepted" or "declined" — no personal data. It is stored in the browser and not transmitted to any server. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser cache or website data.

5. Fonts

This site uses the Space Grotesk and Inter typefaces. The font files are served exclusively from the site's own server. No connection to external servers (in particular fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com) is made. No data is transmitted to Google or any other third party in this process.

6. Hosting (data processing agreement)

This website is hosted by Replit Inc., 388 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA. Replit processes technical access data (see section 2) as a data processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.

This site contains links to kimawo.de and ag3nt.id. The respective operators are responsible for their own privacy policies.

With respect to the personal data concerning you, you have the following rights:
