Profile

Executive profile

As Lead GenAI Center of Excellence and Senior Manager ALDI SÜD, I work on agentic AI for everyday work across eleven countries. My focus is workforce enablement and adoption, AI knowledge solutions, AI learning agents and persistent co-workers, meaning AI agents that work as part of a team on an ongoing basis.

I am drawn to the hardest part of the CIO agenda: turning a strategy into named value levers, moving ideas into production in weeks, and enabling an entire organisation, not just the specialists.

In my own time I look at what AI agents and local AI can do outside large organisations. That is what kimawo.de and ag3nt.id are about.

Focus

Where enterprise AI is won or lost

The four areas I focus on within the Center of Excellence.

  • Workforce Enablement & Adoption

A champion network across the countries, role-based upskilling and support right into the business functions. The goal is changed daily work; switching on access alone does not get you there.

  • AI Knowledge Solutions

Solutions that make knowledge from policies, processes and documentation findable through AI, with sources and the right permissions. So the answer to a question no longer depends on who you happen to know.

  • AI Learning Agents

Agents that bring learning into daily work. They explain, practise and check understanding, at each person's pace and level. Upskilling happens when the question comes up.

  • Persistent CoWorkers

AI agents with a clear role, memory and access to the team's tools that work alongside people on an ongoing basis instead of answering one-off prompts. That includes accountability, guardrails and the question of how people and agents work well together.
